What we offer

Year-round development. Every dimension of the game.

Skills clinics and position training

Targeted work on individual skills, position-specific technique, and the fundamentals that translate directly into game performance. Draw specialists, attackers, defenders and goalies all get dedicated attention.

Off-season conditioning and speed

The Houlagan Speed Clinic and off-season conditioning programs keep players athletic year round. Players who train in the off-season show up to tryouts and tournaments measurably ahead of those who do not.

College recruiting guidance

Houlagan has a dedicated recruiting employee, Brandon Howe, who works directly with players and families navigating the college process. Film review, exposure event planning, and direct coach outreach support are all part of the program.

Tournament play and recaps

Competitive travel tournaments throughout the season with post-tournament recaps and in-the-moment feedback from coaches. Players know exactly what they did well and exactly what to work on next.

The Houlagan difference

We care about your daughter on the field. And everything beyond it.

Houlagan is a small program by design. That is not a limitation. It is the whole point. When you join Houlagan you are not a number on a roster. You are part of a community that shows up for each other at tournaments, invests in each player's growth as a person, and makes every family feel like they belong here.

Tournament tents, not just sidelines

Houlagan families experience lacrosse together. Our tournament environment is where the family culture is most visible. You will feel it the first time you show up.

Life lessons beyond lacrosse

We teach the game. We also teach accountability, resilience, and teamwork. The lessons players learn at Houlagan carry into classrooms, relationships, and careers.

Direct, honest feedback

Coaches give players real feedback in the moment. Not just encouragement. Real guidance that helps them improve and understand their game.

Financial aid available

Need-based financial aid is available to families who qualify. Every girl with the passion to play should have a path to play here.

College recruiting

Your dream of playing college lacrosse is reachable. We help you get there.

Houlagan players have gone on to play college lacrosse at programs across New England and beyond. Our path is not about chasing national rankings. It is about putting your daughter in front of the right coaches at the right time with the right preparation.
